  • I'm trying to figure out why this Best Buy has only TWO stars. This is the ONLY place I'll go to buy my electronics. The staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and incredibly friendly! I had been looking to buy something online and just couldn't get my questions answered no matter where I looked or what I read. Having bought my TV at this location I decided to call and see if they could give me some answers. Holy Moly! They went above and beyond! I called at 7:30 (they closed at 8:00) and they said they would wait for us to get there to show us the differences between products. When we got there we were met with a TEAM of associates with answers to questions we didn't even know we should ask! We left with something that fit our needs perfectly! We are grateful to the nice and friendly associates that we will be seeing again soon as we build on our media room!
