| - I am so thankful I met Natalie!
When I inquired about the Best Buy credit card, she answered my questions and signed me up right away. Soon after, when I was ready to make my purchase, it came to our attention that I had accidentally entered my ssn incorrectly.
Long story short, it was a VERY long and troublesome process, which required: a few calls, 2 visits to the store, faxing of information, more phone calls, and above all, patience. Natalie helped and followed up with just about every step to ensure that my purchase could finally go through. She was incredibly patient and willing to help my situation.
At the end of the day, I finally got my TV, wall mount, PS4, and Overwatch.
Natalie is the real MVP!
Griffin, my TV sales consultant, was also helpful.
