  • Ok first of all let me say that Dr Chen is awesome! He is very thorough and descriptive. He took the time to explain in detail the digestive system and how my symptoms effected it. He broke down my options for each of my symptoms I was experiencing. He gave me pamphlets on better food choices to lessen the chances of the symptoms. I will Definitely refer friends and family. The wait to get an appointment was fast..the wait once I got in the lobby was even shorter. The downside was that I completed and faxed 12 pages of new patient forms to the office number listed on the page that printed with my forms. However when I got to the office they stated they never received them bc the number listed is wrong. I refused to complete another 12 pages and was ready to leave but she said I could still be seen. I grabbed a card and verified it had the correct fax number listed and will fax papers when I get home. .granted I should have called to verify receipt and I usually bring original with me but I forgot. ..the girl at the desk didn't give me any attitude she just kindly ask me to sign the consent at least. .
