  • I just had my kitchen counter replaced at Home Depot, and I just want to say that everyone who worked with me from the Home Depot at Country Club and Baseline really did a great job! Neal, in the Kitchen Design department, went above and beyond to help me choose a kitchen counter top that I would like and even helped me decide on the best sink, faucet and garbage disposal to meet my needs. Neal met with me several times and even offered suggestions of other items I might need at the time of installation. When Home Depot's contractors installed the counter tops, the back splash was an inch lower than my previous one, resulting in an inch strip of different colored paint all the way across my wall just above the back splash. I was so disappointed, but when I talked to Neal about it, he told me he would talk to his supervisor, Fausto, about it. Soon, Fausto called and came out to look at the wall. When he saw what I had explained, he said that he would see what he could do, and called me the next day to say that Home Depot would do the touch up painting, free of charge, to rectify the problem. Junior, a painter from Home Depot, just left my house after painting the strip and leaving me with the left over paint. He said he didn't accept tips and just suggested that I return to Home Depot the next time I needed work done. The whole process took a bit longer than I would have liked, but all in all, I'm so happy with the work and all the competent, caring,people of integrity who helped me beautify my kitchen...and just in time for company coming this weekend!
