I received a letter in the mail stating that there is an opportunity for me if I were to consider trading my vehicle for something they had on their lot. I called and made contact with Marcelo (he knew what he was talking about). He said he will have someone reach out to me. Mark Molus sent me a text message and asked a few questions. I responded the same day. He providedme an answer to my question the first time... "I look forward to working with you" he said. I made a statement about my vehicle and he has not resonded in over a week. No response to my multiple follow ups. Bad management. If the manager of Internet Sales would do that, I can only imagaine what his staff would be like... I reached out to Earnhardt Ford via the Chat - the hosts kept closing down on me. After them repeating the same questions over and over I kept asking for contact information to a manager or a complaint department. Their response was "are you looking to purchase a vehicle?" it is a pleasure having you here. Would ask if the chat room has a timeout feature and the response would be "How can I help you?" Or, "Do you work for Earnhardt Ford". I could not get a straight answer from any of them. There names are (not sure if these are fake names): Haiden Slater, Nicholas Ellsworth, Corey Cunningham and one that I forgot to get their name. You ask them a question and they do not read it... How can I assist you? ...Read the question I just posed two sentences before you asked me "how can I assist you?" These people need to find different jobs.
I have a feeling that this place has extreme moral issues, but hey - you don't like your job, then LEAVE.
I understand why their ratings are so low...
Thanks for reading all of that if you did. Take care
