  • How unfair to critic the clients of a restaurant! Should the owner put a sign outside to filter his customers like: keep out if you are fat or unstable or one legged or ugly or loud or deaf or just a different person??? Really is this what we expect from the nicest young baker call Frederic that works so hard 20 hours a day, seven days a week, to create the best croissant and the tastiest bread in all Montreal. I used to walk each day to his bakery but I now moved to Ho-Ma and take the metro to Vendome station, a five minutes walk to Patisserie Chez Fred to please me. Lets be honest, it is the food we love at chez Fred, and the only reason we go there.
