  • On or about Monday February 5th, 2018 I inquired about getting an estimate on a window installation for my home through this Yelp app. I was very clear the area I wanted the window installed would require cutting through a brick wall, because there is no window at this spot currently. I received a reply from Greg who stated they could do the job, and we proceeded to schedule an estimate for Saturday February 10th, 2018. Greg asked me if 10am would be ok and I replied that I had another estimate scheduled for that day at 8:30 am, so I asked if someone could come by at 11am instead. Greg replied, "Sure." I confirmed that would work well and I also asked him to please contact me with the name of the person who would be arriving at my home to perform the estimate. Greg replied by stating, "Will do!." Saturday arrived and 11am came and went. Nobody ever showed up or has contacted me since. Their website says they pride themselves on customer service. If this company cannot even keep an appointment, I darn sure don't want them cutting holes in my brick wall to install a window! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this company! EVER! I only selected one star because there are no options for zero stars or negative stars!
