Do NOT use their framing service if you want quality results the first time. I took a picture to Michaels to be reframed. I dropped it off on November 6, and I finally have the finished product (finally picked it up on January 13). The first time I went to pick it up, the mat looked like it had been cut by a five year old. The edges were ragged and uneven; the corners were not sharp. There were fingerprints and dust on the mat, underneath the glass. I pointed out these flaws and was told the picture would be reframed and it would be given a priority. Well, several weeks went by before I heard from Michaels again. I went in a second time to pick it up, and there was STILL dirt under the glass on the mat. So I left it yet again, only to wait several weeks to be contacted. Third time . . . STILL dirt under the glass on the mat. Again I was told it would be handled as a priority and I would get a call right away. Needless to say, several weeks went by before I heard again from Michaels, but thankfully the FOURTH time is the charm. Ugh.
