  • I looked and called all over town looking for information on my next bike purchase and Travis was excellent. Not only did he have the bike in stock but he helped me understand the differences between the model levels and fielded my various questions concisely and clearly. I never felt anything other than friendliness and willingness to help. I drove a long way to get the bike from this shop and Travis happened to be out when I arrived. He'd prepped the staff that I was coming, what I needed and they took great care of me. The transaction was smooth and they have offered some follow up items for me also. It's not simply about making the sale and being done with me. pre-sale communications and patience? Check! Smooth sale, no upsell, friendly and efficient? Check! Post-sale support for non-standard requests? Check! I'm super pleased and am happy to recommend Travis and his team at Two Wheel Jones in Mesa to anyone. Thank you, Travis and team!
