  • I recently moved to the area and rented a home that has a lot of serious issues that 1st choice realtor/ property manager, seem to care about health and safety issues ..needless to say i needed to have a licensed professional take the wheel... Wow, I was so surprised about the ease of getting someone out! The next day Jay with CROSS COUNTRY INSPECTION was out for our appt. time. He introduced himself... He was prompt, extremely professional and even tolerated me following him around! By the way, the report was done within a day!!! It was detailed and included photos and had specific recommendations to correct the issues and pointed out dangerous/safety issues! Needless to say, this helps my cause of action with the landlord/realtor and holding them accountable! When Im ready to purchase a home, I want them (Jay) to inspect the property before I buy!
