  • Today I had my two dogs (terrier-mix and shitzu-mix) groomed by Tina. First dog she took outside was the terrier mix. She had him for 45 minutes, which isn't bad but now since he has came back in, he can now hardly hold his right eye open and it's all red and irritated.. Then she takes out the shitzu mix and he was out there for a little over an hour. He had recently had an eye infection that we were treating so he had a lot more hair that needed to be cut off. When Tina brought Sonny back in, she said to watch his foot because she cut it a little bit while clipping his nails. When we let them back inside after letting them outside to go to the bathroom, there was blood on the back patio!!! His foot was bleeding EVERYWHERE! Every time he took a step, there was a bloody paw print! Ran back out to Tina before she drove away and she said sorry and to just dip it in cornstarch or flour... Really?! The picture of the tile is after we already mopped it up twice!! Didn't really show much compassion to the fact she just cut my dogs foot open... Never using this place again!! $155 dollars for her to hurt my dogs!!
