OK, I get it. It's yet another rich people mansion with fancy garden and lavish rooms. But the question is, is it worth it? Maybe if you are a history buff interested in being transported through time to circa 100 years ago, give or take 25 years. The rooms were artfully restored and I was particularly impressed with the dining hall overlooking the garden. And the garden was very well maintained and it's a pleasure to take a stroll on a sunny day.
Then again, it's the kind of place where you would only go visit once and never return again, in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it but I love history and I got bored after a couple of hours. It reminded me of the time when I visited England and after my seventh castle, I knew what to expect. So, it is worth it? Come for a visit and you decide!
