  • I've used this service twice now, the first time being five years ago. Both times I've rented a Medela Symphony for a three month period. During both rental periods I've been nothing but pleased. The first time I had a machine that began to act up and Mike came the same day to give me a replacement realizing how important it was to me to have a working pump. This time I was released earlier from the hospital than anticipated and he changed my delivery date with less than 24 hours notice so that I'd have my machine within a few hours of arriving home. As an exclusively pumping mother I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciate his response to both instances. And while yes, he may charge more for accessories than Amazon the convenience of having everything delivered at once is more than worth it. I'd highly recommend this service for nursing mothers looking for a pump rental!
