  • The WORST customer service I've ever had in my entire life. I wish there was an option to give negative stars. I've never had to deal with such incompetent people. There's a lack of communication between employees, lack of courtesy, lack of professionalism, and I was constantly fed incorrect information. After 3 MONTHS of waiting for my furniture and all the money I spent there, I would assume they'd be a tad more accommodating, but nope. They just want their commission.
