  • Moved to the neighborhood and was excited I have a BA right by me. Went in Friday afternoon to find ONE teller working. Huge line. People in line were commenting this was the worst BA branch around and that they should have known better than to come here again. A couple also walked in for a mortgage loan that had an appointment with a financial advisor only to be told he called out. I bet they were happy. Never going here again. The manager on duty was also not helpful, and had a bored attitude.
