| - I've watched the value of my membership decrease constantly each month over the last 2 years.
First they closed the hot tub, then they closed off the sauna and steam rooms. It was annoying because I used all of them regularly. Finally, they restricted access to roughly half of the gym to Crossfit/boxing members only, which was the area that I used for ALL of my workouts. But that was only the beginning of my problems.
Cancelling your membership is basically impossible here. Sure, you can go in, sign your forms, and be told your membership has been cancelled, but watch your card continue to be billed. And watch them blame different people for it not being done correctly.
When you call to talk about it, the (apparently one single) person who handles cancelation problems is never there. They will be friendly and take down your number but don't expect a call back. When I called during normal business hours Friday, I was told that she wouldn't be in for a week or so.
In the beginning, I would have rated this gym much higher, but like I've said, its value has just decreased over time.
