  • First, compliments to Jennifer at "Mr. Electric" for having a technician come out so quickly, and on a Friday. Second, compliments and kudos to Eric Mabry, the technician. He was AWESOME! He called about 45 minutes before arriving, then was right on schedule and went right to work. It was evident that he knew what his was doing. We were immediately impressed with his knowledge and desire to find the issue and FIX it. He was neat, professional and courteous. We apologized for having to take up his Friday afternoon and he told us that this was his last day on the job, and that he was staring a new job on Monday. That's great news for him and we could tell he loved what he does. While we congratulated him it is sad that in the future we won't be able to request his services. However, we have used "Mr. Electric" in the past and that tech was also excellent, and we have every confidence that should the need arise again, we will be completely satisfied with anyone coming to our home from this fantastic company. Love that they email a picture and bio of who is coming to your home! Nice touch, "Mr. Electric". Best of Luck ERIC, and keep up the GREAT work, "Mr. Electric". Bill T. Phoenix
