  • Compliment for Bob, the greeter and exit booth attendant. When I arrive in Pitt, I have a week of stress ahead of me as I'm visiting my mom and sister, both in nursing homes. The days of driving to my family home and being surrounded by happier times, have past. The house has been sold and the memories of that life are tucked away in my heart and on my cell phone photo album. It is so wonderful to see Bob working (met him on a previous trip when I rented from Enterprise) and to have his kindness greet me upon my arrival. I was double lucky because he was there on my return trip! He is an asset to Enterprise and is the absolute best in all of the car rental companies at the Pitt airport. I travel several times a year to check on mom and sister so I will always seek out Enterprise first when making my reservation.
