  • Horrible experiences. I have scheduled pick ups (same items) on 5 occasions. The first 3 were r/s for the teacher strike. I cannot recall why the 4th was r/s, I believe driver was out. I was told 2 weeks ago, that THIS MONDAY at 1 pm, a driver would pick up my (generous) donations. at 10:20 this am, I got a text saying he was 20 min away. I stated my pick up time was at 1 pm, (showed text confirmation). Still wanting to get this done, I said if I left my meeting at now, the best I could do was 11:30. I arrived home at 11:20. no driver. At 11:55, I asked his ETA, i was told (by the driver) that he came and "just" left. Never bothered to even let me know he arrived (doubtful, as I watched out the window for his arrival). I asked if he could verify address, he sent a pic, AROUND THE CORNER from my gate, out of viewing distance. I asked if he would be returning, the told me to find another agency to accept my donations. He must REALLY care about the Justa Center...very sad. they lost out on over $1k of donations- very nice things bc of a move.
