  • I've seen Dr. Wong once before, years ago at a different clinic and my experience there was exceptional! During this visit, I must admit that I came with the same expectations. His office was clean, modern and welcoming! When I arrived I was greeted by Zulema and Janet, they checked me in and even provided me with water. It was a small gesture but something I really did appreciate. After check in Zulema took me into the first room to perform the intraocular pressure test and then brought me into the exam room. She was great, she explained what she was doing and even took the time to answer my questions. Dr. Wong arrived shortly after and the exam began. He was very prompt all the while taking the time to educate me and explain my plan of care. Very professional and efficient! After my exam I spent some time looking at glasses - I saw their selection on the way in however was not there early enough to browse. There's just so many to choose from! Zulema and Dr. Wong were there to assist me, they sat me down to explain my benefits and wrote out quotes for the glasses I was interested in. Unfortunately I didn't purchase anything that day because I couldn't decide between two frames. They made me feel comfortable in that decision and didn't try to push me at all. It's nice when you can go home and sleep on it without the guilt of walking out empty handed. The next day when I decided on a pair I called the office and was able to make a purchase on the phone. The process was seamless! Needless to say my visit with Dr. Wong went beyond my expectations!
