  • Pretty disappointing service. My boyfriend went to this location to pick up a battery that his company had put on hold to get later in the day. Why would they sell something that was put on hold already? Doesn't make sense to me, but they did. They called around to other locations and no one had it. The guy "helping" couldn't even tell us what it was called, he could only describe it and told us they would be restocked on Wednesday. They do have a large inventory which is great in theory, but the main issue is not having an item that was already claimed. EDITED: The owner messaged me privately and took care of everything. They made a custom battery pack and took care of the charges. That is exemplary service and how issues should be handled. Thank you for making up for our first experience!
