CHOOSE A DIFFERENT TRAINER!
Will won't be the one training your dog.. he just says he does. Multiple different trainers are used so there isn't much of a common ground for your dog.
Unhealthy boarding environment and aggressive training. They train other dogs to kill, so, around your dog.
Here's my story with my 8 mo old female pit bull.
I boarded my dog for 2 weeks not knowing about 'ecollars'
She went in for jumping, chewing, separation anxiety, and leash/off lease training.
She was trained by an aggressive female lady. I guess Will's 'wife'.
She came back worse.
My dog was immediately aggressive toward my other dog, she ran straight toward moving things in the street & chewed up thousands of dollars worth of my shoes.
I was only sent only two videos and she didn't want anything to do with showing me what she learned when I picked her up, so makes sense.
They agreed on taking her back.. I've told them multiple times I do not want the shock collar used because I can tell it's making her retaliate.
They don't listen.. they have her for an *entire month* after and the day I'm suppose to get her back I get a call from Will
He says, my wife and I were just talking about how you wanted her to be trained with out the collar so we'll keep her for a couple more months cost free.
Uhm what!? You haven't been doing that already!?
I just ask to have her back for Christmas and we would go from there
As soon as I get her back, she attacks my other dog twice, she ran down the street toward a woman and her dog as she screams scared while being chased. She calls animal control on me.
Will changed her food without telling me so she had horrible diarrhea
She was filthy!!! I gave her a bath and her paws, elbows, and tail are raw and bleeding everywhere.
She now goes after other dogs to KILL, she does not like men, she flinched when you raise your hand or objects to her and she does not listen to one single command. On or off the collar.
She goes after other dogs and people like she's seen it been done before.
She snarled and growled while biting and attacking my friend's dog while he was in a kennel.
She has never, ever since a month old, went to the bathroom in the house and she peed in a corner right in front me yesterday.
Also never used to bark even when my dachshund would and now she's non stop barking, growling, and snarling at anything she hears
They agreed on a refund but then I was called to be informed that they already 'cleared themselves with animal control' so the only thing I can do for a refund is take them to court. So as they wish.
And Will loves to have an excuse for everything, so I can't wait to see the comments on this!

I specifically asked for a male so that she would take to dominant tones because I did not know was being trained with a shock collar.
When I found out your wife was, you don't remember me asking you if you could further train her because I still wanted YOU as the trainer?
....
I have no reason to make up anything that I'm going through with my puppy right now.
This has hit me so hard on an emotional level that your lack of care for what I'm going through is making me sick.
Due to her being the most loving, considerate, respectful being that she is
She shows so much affection! She loves every one, even used to love other dogs no matter what
She lets my son play with her all the time.
But NOW....
her aggression is unpredictable.
I don't know if her food aggression has changed and at any moment could my son walk up while she's trying to eat something and turn around and snap
When she attacks my small dog I have to put her in a headlock and pry her mouth open to let go of him.
I have witnesses. And this is exactly why I came to you in the first place
But I am not making this up. SHE IS WORSE.
That is why I am so adamant about POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT, because that is the only way she learns!!
I basically just sent her to jail while I'm thinking she went to puppy training paradise.
I'm just baffled at how disappointed I am, and seeing my baby like this is horrible. And me being the cause..
This has horribly impacted both of us, and now I need to figure out a way around the training she doesn't want to listen to.
This is a huge concern.
This amounts to no money.
If I ever come home to my other dog dead, see her attack my kid, or have to put her down
I WILL DIE
She just needs proper training. That's all.
I didn't think it would have to come to all of this for it!!
