The system is broken - every time their repair fails you pay additional fee for them to show up and try again. It seems more profitable for them to fail to repair the issue than to succeed, because they get paid every time they show up, so one issue may take 5+ attempts...you pay every time. At the end of the one year we had with them the total repairs cost more than hiring a repair man from the open market, where there is competition and they have incentive to perform.
