| - I have been a sprint customer for years and have always been very satisfied with their service. But not this store, i ordered a new phone from the store and the customer rep, AISHA, made a mistake of putting the wrong address, the UPS notified me via email that they couldn't deliver the package since they can't find the address. So, i called the store and they said that they are going to take care of this and will give me a call that day to give me an update on the status. Well, they never called me back, but i received an email from UPS saying that they had to send the package back to sender (original phone manufacturer or sprint phone warehouse) because they have not received any phone call from sprint about changing the address. SO i called the store, and AISHA was being very rude, dismissive and defensive, instead of apologizing, she hang up the phone and i tried to call her back but she didn't pick up the phone, she yelled at me and being very unprofessional. Don't go to this sprint store, i regret that i went to this store and purchased a phone there.
