  • Had a schedule appointment on my day off. When the company did not show up at the designated time, I called for a follow up and talked to the same person I schedule the appointment with his name was Stewart Steward went back and forth with me demanding that he remembers talking to me and that I scheduled the appointment on a different day, which is impossible first off I wrote it on my calendar and secondly I made that appointment on a day That I didn't work in the morning. They day Stewart claims I made the appoint was on a day that I work all day. The customer service was poor for a variety of reasons, first off after moving all my furniture they did not show up and after my follow up call, Stewart wanted to debate with me. I would not recommend this company based on their poor communication skills and lack of attentiveness to the customer.
