If you have a nice car be prepared that the service tech might "joy ride" the car for 40 miles or more which was the case in my previous Viper service. I advised my service writer of what happened ; he told me "Russ Darrow would take care of me". No such luck, full price for this year's service and no mention of making the joy ride right. Also, the service tech, who is no longer with the dealer, broke a custom micro switch on my Viper during the repair which I will have to send to a custom installer to repair. Great techs but be careful if you have a nice car.
