| - This place was terrible. They are incapable of fulfilling an order, and you will waste your precious time. I went to Things Remembered yesterday to get a personalized gift for my sister, and returned today to pickup the item. After a looooooong wait in line, it was finally my turn. It's the same line to pickup an order, ask a simple question, or place an order among people who have many case-specific questions that take a long time, and there was just one staff member. I was appalled to find that there was not only a grammatical error on my order, but also a misspelling. Grammar mistakes are understandable, except that this was templated language from their look book! She also spelled "all" as "al." It was so bad, I couldn't believe anyone would box that up for a customer. Like, clearly, it's unacceptable. The girl who did mine, Jessica, told me she had just finished it, which is unbelievable that she didn't even do mine until right before pickup time, when I placed the order the day before. Very sloppy work. I also couldn't believe that on this small item she didn't see two glaring mistakes. They obviously don't care about the finished product here and they don't care about the customers. I was told to wait an hour while she fixed it - no apology - just matter of fact. I had my baby with me, expecting this to be a quick pickup, so I couldn't sit at the mall for an hour or more while she fixed it. Plus, given the quality I had just seen, I had legitimate concerns that the "fixed" product would be botched and ugly. I told her I wanted a refund, which she processed for me, but said it will take "like a week" for the refund to hit my account. Gee thanks! I'm out $81 and I have no gift. As a side note, it is a ripoff price. $81 for a glass award-type item with template language, and I just added-in my sister's first name. That's too much money anyway. Total ripoff, unprofessional and unsympathetic employees, with no attention to detail. Terrible experience. I have a membership card there that I'll be shredding today. Won't be back.
