I called Flowers By Michelle 10 days prior to my wedding and I placed an order for 2 bouquets with 6 white roses and 3 blue delphiniums each to use at my reception. I was told to pick them up on Friday April 21st after noon. I was emailed my invoice and that was the last I thought about my order until I arrived at the shop around 2pm. When I glanced in the cooler I didn't see anything that resembled my order. I started to panic. When I was greeted by an employee, I told her my name and my order. Soon there were three ladies frantically looking for my flowers. Turns out--- the invoice was somehow misplaced and my order was never completed. She asked if I had time to wait for her to make the bouquets. I didn't so I just asked for a full refund. She apologized profusely, but that didn't make up for the fact that I was leaving the store empty handed. I expected to maybe receive a phone call or email offering a discount in the future, but as of yet, I haven't heard from anyone at the shop.
Very disappointed.
