  • I have to say my first visit I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I thought it would be more of a spa environment, but it's brightly lit with upbeat music and a lot of young people going in and out. what totally won me over is their proprietary hard wax blend. They use special wax that they have made in Europe, and I've never had a better waxing experience because of it. Much less painful than other waxes!! Even for Brazilians! I have been waxing for over 20 years at salons all over the world, and I consistently have the best experience at EWC. The only thing they can do to make this five stars is to add online booking for this location (please!!!) and also to pay a bit more attention to cleanliness around the front desk and some other areas. The layer of dust on the check-in desk is a turnoff. You have to look closely to see it, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who has noticed. But otherwise, this is where you want to go. I have not been to their new competitor LunchBox, but with such a ridiculous name you won't see me walking in there to try it any day soon!
