| - Yelp comes through again!
Ever since moving to Vegas I have been looking for a good barber, especially one that knows how to properly cut coarse asian hair. So I decided to gamble and try this barbershop based on the reviews.
The shop has only been open for about 2-3 years so the interior is very new and clean. The scent of shaving cream and aftershave is heavy in the air. Currently there are only three chairs in the place, not sure how many barbers work there though. The two that were working the day I went were very friendly and knowledgable.
After describing what kind of cut I wanted and what to look out for in my hair, my barber just chuckled and reassured me. It only took him a few minutes and my haircut done! He finished the cut with a hot lather, straight razor trim of the side burns and neck, it was a great touch. The cost of a cut was only $17, not too bad.
In addition to haircuts, goatee trims, razor fades, they also have straight razor shaves for $27. Hot towels, shaving oil, and hot lather, I am giving some serious thought to trying it. As I left I was glad to see a steady stream of customers going in, hopefully they won't be closing anytime soon!
