I stopped into this place the last time I was in town after reading about it on Yelp. It is in a strip shopping center with plenty of parking and on a main road so it was easy to find. The interior isn't what I expected----a bit more industrial and unfinished than I was expecting but it was relatively clean. The cashier (you order at the counter) told us before ordering that there was a "delay" in the kitchen and it would be at least 20 minutes to get our order. To his credit he did warn us although I think it took 30 minutes for our 2 sandwiches and fries. I tried the Tuna Melt and my friend the version with Chorizo and both came out hot, crunchy and just the right amount of cheese (not overly "cheesed-up"). We tried the regular fries and they were good but nothing special. And that pretty much summed up the place-----good but nothing special and definitely not worth waiting 30 minutes for so I'm not sure I'd go here again. Good concept but probably needs some work on the delivery.
