  • Let me begin with how friendly and professional everyone is at Prema Health. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with fretted me with a warm smile, ensured that I was comfortable and informed of the services. I very much enjoyed the infrared sauna (I would've never thought I'd enjoy it as I'm not crazy about heat) and felt so relaxed and ready for the deep tissue massage. I rarely get 90 minute massages. This massage was very effective in relieving stress, tension and pain in my IT band and ham strings. Upon exiting I was informed of the promotions that Prema Health was offering and the benefits of each. Wow. The space is wonderfully relaxing and bright and the staff are incredibly kind and professional. Thank you for making my morning! It was one of the best Saturdays ever!
