  • I only come in about once a year for some transactions that I feel more comfortable a banking profOessional doing. The people here really make me lose confidence. I feel some of the account people are incompetent, or they at least come across that way. There is one person specifically who I always seem to have to deal with that on two occasions I said, you know what, I think I am not comfortable with you doing this. And I went to another branch.
