  • I took my puppy to sign up for obedience classes and it took nearly 15 minutes for their staff to wait on me. I had 4 different employees coming and going from behind the counter just to tell me that they'll be right with me. Then when a lady finally came to take my information she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She was so trite with me that I decided I would rather pay Pet Smart to train my dog. This woman lacks the basic customer service skills needed to do her job. Will not return. Does not recommend.
