After my droid phone stopped working I went into this location to see what was wrong with it. Turns out they don't know why it stopped working but I am no longer under manufactur warrantee. Verizon also only allows you to use insurance twice during an extended period of time, so i can't even pay to be insured by them currently. They try to sell me a crappy phone for $430, one of those phones that they sell people not in this situation for $50. They refuse to extend my contract and allow me to pay the couple hundred for a new phone, or work with me in any way. I find their service humorous considering my cancellation fee was $230 and I was able to walk in to sprint and set up a 2 year contract, get an IPhone 4s, unlimited everything, a free phone cover and car charger, and insurance coverage for $95. Not to mention the additional $40 per month I save on this plan in comparison to what Verizon charges. Overall I was amazed at how poor Verizon is with their customer service and I was very pleased with sprint. In only a few hours I received better customer service at sprint than in the 8 years I have been with Verizon. I would recommend saving yourself the trouble of signing a contract with them as they are not at all helpful when you need any service. Unless you spend a lot of time on the mountains or far out places that Verizon has coverage, there is no service they can provide you that someone else can't also. They seem to think Verizon is the only place to go, my experience has been that Sprint is the better place to go. I do not recommend them.
