  • Horrible service! Choose ANY other option available! Just wanted to help transfer my 92 year old mother's phone service to a temporary location while she endures an emergency at her home. Should be simple enough right? Hell no! I am on day three and hear excuse after excuse as to why it is not done yet; even though I was initially advised that it could happen by day's end. Centurylink obviously pays no attetion to its reviews. Extremely poor customer service hasn't stopped them from wanting to sell products though! No frigging way!
