  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had them install a new HVAC system thru Costco. Costco has since dumped them. I bought a semi annual inspection package with the units. I am forgetting the remaining semi annual checks because all they do is serve as a vehicle for this company to come in and make additional money. Every check up visit is a strong-arm sales pitch. Once they claimed they found a defective part (still under warranty) which they said needed to be changed. They showed me the defective part which was appeared to have burst. I said ok and they ended up charging me $231 for a service maintenance call for 5 minute - yes 5 minutes work - while they were already there on the semi annual check. The service tech made a point to throw the defective piece in our trash in front of me. I went in the house and happened to come back out and he was fishing the part out of our garbage and put it in his truck. My guess - use the defective part on a couple more customers. Rip off artists.
