  • Flew round trip on United Airlines this weekend. Spent several hours over the course of the weekend trying to change flights without any progress whatsoever. They have the worst customer service of any business I have ever encountered. Between the excessive fees and the shoddy service, I have decided to never fly United again. Just an awful experience.
