  • Don't let the BMW name fool you, this is a sleazy used car dealership and nothing more. They were quick to respond to all my questions before buying a car and one week after purchase I can't get anyone to respond to questions or requests for missing parts. Here's the thing, I'm a man of integrity and I treat my customers with absolute respect, not the case with this place. You're spending a significant amount of money buying a car and they don't have the decency to respond to you, get you your proper paperwork, give your car an oil change prior to pick up and include missing equipment in the car. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from this lot, take your business elsewhere and be treated with respect. EDIT: DO NOT be fooled by the rep who responds to bad reviews, that is simply to save face. I have reached out several times and have yet to hear back from anyone let alone the GM. This place is nothing more than a cheesy used car dealership pawning off as a bmw dealership.
