  • After a horrible start, six weeks and two salesmen and nothing but frustration, Paul Carmazzi, one of the managers took over. He asked us to give him a chance to make things right, and boy, did he ever. Within two weeks of taking over they started the dig and 30 days later we were swimming in an incredible quality designed pool. It was like taking a nightmare and making it a fantasy dream. I can't say enough about the pool. It exceeded all of our expectations. We got the in ground pool cleaning system which is a dream and the service and attention Paul gave us after he took over was impeccable! I can't say enough about him, and if we had not given him a chance, we would not have this incredible pool. If you are considering a pool, you need to call him!
