I placed an order for a large to-go order from Angry Ale's on Saturday for a birthday party on Sunday. I was coming from out of town and wanted an easy way to get some bar food for the party. When I went to pick up the order, I went to the bar and paid and they kindly offered me assistance to carry the food out to the car. So far so good.
Unfortunately, as I was unpacking the food at the party location I saw that one order was missing and three orders had the wrong side. The food was fine but I made the mistake of ordering items that didn't hold for very long in to-go containers. Nothing was crispy and the food got cold quickly.
I reached out to the restaurant through a link on their website to see if they could give me some of my money back for the incorrect order. It's been a few weeks now with no contact.
My experience was disappointing to say the least.
