  • Turning a wrong into a right. Our experience started off a bit frustrated as the air conditioning went out. Luckily it came back 10 minutes later. Then we had a few difficulties ordering but in a very impressive manner, the general manager Alicia stepped up to save the day! Her professionalism and hospitality was above and beyond. She was accommodating and very understanding that we had a large party with kids. I also have to give great credit to Genesis and Cassy! Awesome service and food but even better reaction by the staff to make us happy.
