I purchased the Groupon so I could try this nail salon out. Usually, I will check the reviews out before going there. This time, I purchased the Groupon before looking at the reviews. I actually did not have the same experience that the others had. I made an appointment and went during their slow time. I walked in and they were very pleasant. The person who did my names, Haley was very nice. She didn't speak much English but she surely tried to hold a conversation with me. I have an outgoing personality and will speak to anyone, so that is probably why I didn't have some of the experiences of "them not speaking to me." The Groupon does state that this is only for an application, not a manicure. Haley explained that to me because she stated that a lot of people do not read the Groupon. So she wanted to make sure that I was ok it. I ended up getting a manicure because I had only paid $5 for the Groupon, so what the heck is $16. I thought she did an amazing job. My nails looked great for 2 weeks.
Also, don't forget to bring cash because they only take cash for their tips.
