I'm a lover if more traditional mexican food. So my review probably more of a preference. I went for lunch. My first mistake. Parking very limited. Inside Nice clean...line almost out the door. In this heat, not a good thing. Interesting concept. However have to better judge cooking time. Once something burned. That flavor is in all the food. Having a designated person do the cooking to better watch & a designated person to chop the salad would make more sense. Particularly during rush times. It took half hour to get thru line. Even the girl at the register was chopping salads. Hmmm.... Then no bag to carry food? Really? Get rid if the sleeve for the to go orders. Nobody cares & it takes too much time. If you don't watch your order there is large margin for error. Salsa I got & Guacamole overpowered by onion. The chicken & pork were ok. The potato, to me, overpowered by onion. I'm not an onion lover so options would be nice in that aspect. For what I paid, the time it took & inconvenience of balancing my food while Trying to open the door & gate, burned oniony food..my money better spent elsewhere where I have more options. But gave it a try. Oh...the cornbread was good & spicy. Best part of my lunch.
