I've been to this theater twice in 2013. The first experience was just okay and the second was terrible! First, I saw Man of Steel in a long, narrow auditorium. You had to sit anywhere from the front row to the mid-way point to get a good view of the screen. Their screens are so small in relation to the size of the auditorium that people in the back will need binoculars to get a good view.
The second trip was for Pacific Rim. The volume was so loud that it hurt my ears. I notified the usher who seemed very complacent. It was like he was sleep walking. They turned it down a tiny bit but it remained painful. By the way, I had to pick my armrest off of the floor and balance it on the metal frame next to me. When the movie was over, I notified the manager of the loud, painful experience that I had and he just blew me off. He gave me a blank stare until I finally just walked away. This was the worst example of customer service that I have ever experienced. There was no attempt at service recovery at all.
The theater is old fashioned and not in a good way. Their concession prices are high, as expected. The auditoriums are badly in need of remodeling. I would wait for the new theater that's being built right down the street. Do yourself a favor and find another theater to attend.
