  • This place is gross. I have been going here for several months. I'm new to the Las Vegas area and my insurance "recommended" this place. I'm almost 20 weeks along now and I plan on switching OB's. Dr. George Foster is my doctor and in all fairness he had been nice but very quick. This is my first pregnancy and I have not really gotten to talk to him. He seems rushed and ready to move on. He didn't really seem to care to take the time. He's nice but I feel like I need more. The actual office staff is rude and short. My BIGGEST issue is the lack of cleanliness. Just went to give a urine same (currently sitting in the waiting room) and there was NO toilette paper, NO soap, NO paper towels. The actual bathroom is disgustingly dirty. They have you place your Urine sample in a little chest. There were SO MANY other people's urine samples I had to stack mine on top of theirs. It's not even busy. I don't want to see or touch anyone else's samples. I can see one or two in there... This is nasty.
