TERRIBLE service department!
Had a slow leak on brand new tires purchased from Shorkey in Oct 2015. I explained the problem to the service department and they would not let me schedule an appointment. Instead they took me through the "express" lane because I also needed my oil changed. The "express" lane took 3 hours (Staff never check in on me nor told me it would be an extensive wait) and they did not check my tire and it continued to have the leak. Called again and they stated their "express" lane staff was not qualified and I could have a scheduled appointment with their techs.
The techs re-sealed the tire but did not document checking it properly (which means I can't start the warranty process) and guess what ... it's still leaking. I called again about my warranty through the tires and they stated I had to call the tire company - WRONG. After calling the tire company they set me up with new mechanics quickly even though I purchased the tires through Shorkey. Shorkey then calls back and says I can bring it in today at 3:00pm so they can "really" check it! What do you do the first 2 times I drove all the way out there?
Needless to say I have slow leak they could not fix or help me to initiate my warranty within in 2 visits. No call back from management and they put down their own employees.
This is a shame because the buying process was pleasant and fairly simple.
