  • I can't express how happy I am now that I have found 9 round. Everyday I am so excited to go . I never dread it and that is because I know when I get there I will be greeted by 1-4 of the friendliest trainers I have ever worked with. They are kind, motivational, and educational. I love not having the pressure of a class time and I love the flexible available hours. The 30 minutes FLY by! Everyday is different, challenging and exciting. I burn more in 30 min at 9 round than any other program or gym that I have ever invested in. Best work outs ever!
