I haven't made a purchase at this location, but I did attend a training class last night which was extremely informative. What a great public service to provide FREE training to the community! The gal that taught the class (I forget her name, sorry!) was thoroughly well versed on the topic of discussion, as well as their products. She did recommend products that are sold at their store, but there was no pressure to purchase anything! You could tell she really loved and cared about what she was talking about, and it was not a sales pitch! Simply informative, which was greatly appreciated. She encouraged questions and for us to explore the store afterwards and ask any additional questions that may arise, and we did. We were greeted by another friendly associate asking if we needed any help. One of the best tips I learned was that they RENT gear! And it's very affordable, starting around only $5 a day for really great quality products. A great low-commitment way to use high-quality gear. All around 5 stars for their customer service!!
