rev:text	I cannot believe that I came in here with the intention of getting my nails done. Not devoting an entire organ to my morning. I was charging $85 hard earned dollar for a gel manicure and pedicure. I got no acrylic on my hands. I came in with a botched set that I had gotten done at the same shop a week and a half prior. I didn't make a fuss about it bc the color I chose was questionable so I let it slide. So I come in and we discussed what was best for what I was trying to achieve which was no fuss short natural nails with a summer color in a gel polish. She proceeds to soak off my set. While I'm getting my pedicure done. I look down and i wasn't completely satisfied with the pedicure but I still did not want to be THAT difficult customer. I figured I could fix what I didn't like once I got home. Once all nails are done she reads me my total and I almost pass out in the chair. Are you kidding me?! $85!! They do cheaper nails in Concord. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! And SHAME on you for overcharging your customer this way. There was no reason that I should have paid $85 and walked out without a stitch of acrylic or any type of powder for that matter. Ridiculous! Oh and might I add, there was no luxury service along with that pedicure. It was as basic as could be. No steaming, no real massaging. I am furious that I even thought enough to schedule an appointment and come in. You lost a customer today and left the nastiest taste in my mouth. Good service is good service bottom line. You want to upcharge people than open a restaurant, not a walmart nail salon. They have better prices at hair salon inside of the Walmart than that. The nerve!
